… the village hall boasts a main hall that will seat up to 120 people, a meeting . room that can seat up to 35 people, a mezzanine area and a kitchen?
… the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and a domestic cooker, plus there is a 120-piece dinner service available for hire for use in the hall or for private events away from the hall?
… there are two large disabled parking spaces at the front of the hall, a large disabled toilet and various ramps to ensure wheelchairs can access all parts of the hall (except the mezzanine deck)?
… the main hall is fitted with an induction loop for those with hearing difficulties?
… the hall has baby changing facilities, and changing benches and showers in both male and female toilets?
… there is a P.A. system that can also be used to play background music, an overhead projector and a large screen T.V. and video?
… the main hall has a semi-sprung floor?

Short periods of hire, per hour £11.00*
Daily hire, 9am – 5pm £62.00*
Evening hire, 6pm – 11.45pm £47.00*
Meeting Room
Short periods of hire, per hour £6.00*
Daily hire, 9am – 5pm £37.00*
Evening hire, 6pm – 11pm £20.00*
Mezzanine Deck
Use for small private meetings, up to 2 hours £5.00*
Over 2 hours up to 5 hours £8.00*
Kitchen
Use for cups of tea/coffee etc during a hire session £5.00
Intensive use for party/dance/disco £15.00
Basic crockery and cutlery is provided when the kitchen is hired
A dinner service, with cutlery, is also available for hire. Please ask for a separate price list if required
Hire of stage
To include erection and dismantling time £15.00
Spotlights and/or floodlights, per session £5.00
Badminton
Hire of court for one hour £7.50
Racquet hire £0.50 per racquet per session
NB. Net, posts etc to be removed into the store room on completion of the playing session
